About This Design
A raised fist in red, gold, and green, each finger and section paying tribute to a different leader and legacy: “Dream Like Martin,” “Fight Like Malcolm,” “Lead Like Harriet,” “Write Like Maya,” and more. Arched above the fist, “Black History Month” completes the design. Created to honor the individuals who shaped Black history and to keep their impact visible year-round.
